Addis Ababa private health facilities employers association (AAPHFEA) is an association that advocate affordable, accessible, equitable and quality health care services in Addis Ababa city administration. The association has got its legal entity from Addis Ababa bureau of labor and social affairs in January 2014 G.C. with below mentioned primary Objectives ,missions and values. AAPHFEA was mobilized 320 members of private health facilities and join to the association as a member.
The association is lead board members who is selected and set by general assembly. The Addis Ababa clinic association has formally joined Addis Ababa private health facility employers association in 2018. The secretary of the association staff has CEO, program organizer , members mobilizer , CPD coordinator, Finance and logistics ,cleaners and security guards .and 4 other voluntary workers.

Offer quality best products with affordable price and services to enhance operational capacity.
Goal
Enhance significance contribution of the private health facilities in key health care service provisions and health police reforms by capacitating operational ability of the private health professions. The association is working in collaboration with stakeholders like Addis Ababa city administration Health Bureau , EFDA, FMOH, and donor organization Abt Associate, USAID, KOICA and Mari stops international ,Ethiopia
Undertaking so far Programmatic
Since there is a strong establishment and link with CDC, USAID,KOICA and Addis Ababa city administration health bureau and Addis Ababa EFDA starting 2017 the Association hosted and facilitated 87 round of trainings for 3045 health professionals ( female 1901 and male 1141 ) to both public and private health professionals .on TB , Leprosy, STI, GBV, Lab biosafety, LED microscopy, SLIMTA , EQA,NACS, Supply chain management, LQMS, Data use, M & E,HIVAIDS,H-ICT ,and others.
